The first professional step was working with the legendary seafood chef Rick Stein’s restaurant group. From there, he advanced to Senior Chef positions in award-winning gastropubs and restaurants across the UK, including the renowned Tom Aikens in London.
Driven by a love for culinary exploration, he embarked on international adventures. At 26, Jonathan immersed himself in French cuisine in the South of France, followed by two transformative years in Thailand, where he led teams of local Asian chefs.
For the past eight years, he has worked as a private chef primarily in the Algarve, Portugal, with occasional projects in Cornwall, Morocco, and London. His portfolio includes catering for over 200 weddings and bespoke events, often for high-profile clients.
Jonathan’s culinary passion spans from authentic street food to elegant fine dining. Together with his loyal and dedicated team, he travels the world creating unforgettable dining experiences.
