With over 60 weeks of retreat chef experience across premier wellness venues in the Algarve, including Casa Fuzeta, Casa 1864, Farm House of the Palms, and Wild View Retreat, Jonathan specializes in crafting nutritious meals tailored to your dietary preferences. Whether with or without protein, we focus on meeting guests needs, supporting their wellness journey, and nourishing clients with delicious, healthy food to enhance their retreat experience.
